65php Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

Welcome to 65php. By accessing, registering on, or using the 65php platform available at https://65php.app (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 65php. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by 65php, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, jackpot slots, card games, bingo, sabong betting, the VIP Club programme, and all promotional offers. Use of any part of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

65php reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered members of material changes via email and in-platform notice.

To register and use 65php, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 65php or its technology and game provider partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active account at 65php. Creating multiple accounts for any reason – including attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent a suspension – is strictly prohibited. 65php uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching to detect and address duplicate accounts.

To create a 65php account, you must provide accurate and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

KYC Verification. 65php is required by applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all members. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys Card, Passport, Driver's Licence, UMID, SSS, or Voter's ID) and proof of address. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 65php login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 65php accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 65php support immediately at support@65php.app.

All deposits and balances at 65php are held and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels:

• GCash (instant)
• Maya / PayMaya (instant)
• GrabPay (instant)
• Coins.ph
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher-tier VIP members may have elevated limits. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted. Third-party deposits will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

65php reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on deposits at any time. During such checks, access to the deposited funds within the Platform may be temporarily restricted. We aim to complete any additional verification within 24 hours.

Withdrawals at 65php are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. This rule is applied without exception.

Processing times:

• GCash and Maya: Same-day processing; most transactions complete within 15–60 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet): 1–3 banking hours for verified accounts; subject to bank cut-off times.
• Visa/Mastercard: 3–5 banking days, depending on the issuing bank.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals require a minimum of ₱500. 65php does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard accounts. VIP members above Gold tier receive priority processing.

65php offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP-tier exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• One bonus per household or device: Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same promotion across multiple accounts or devices constitutes abuse.
• Validity period: Bonuses expire if their wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue.
• Game contribution: Not all games at 65php contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are displayed on each promotion's terms page.
• Max bet restriction: While an active bonus is in your account, the maximum bet per round using bonus funds is ₱500. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

65php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse – including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other players to exploit promotions, or use of automated systems to game bonus mechanics – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

65php is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripting tools of any kind.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to 65php support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool winnings from promotional offers.
• Money laundering or any use of 65php as a vehicle for the processing of illicit funds.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used for betting.
• Impersonating another person, creating fake identities, or submitting falsified verification documents.
• Any conduct that disrupts the 65php platform, its staff, or other players.

65php uses advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all balances – including real-money balances – in their account at the time of closure.

All games available on the 65php Platform – including slots, live casino tables, card games, bingo, and jackpot slots – are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its provider and displayed within the game interface.

Results in all 65php games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) from each licensed provider. RNG certifications are renewed regularly and independently audited. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is the provider's verified figure, displayed in the game information panel.

65php accepts no responsibility for errors or interruptions caused by third-party game providers. In the event of a proven game malfunction that materially affects an outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the players involved. Wins generated during a verified malfunction are not honoured.

The 65php sabong section streams live cockfighting events from accredited arenas across the Philippines. Betting on sabong through 65php is subject to all general Terms as well as the following sabong-specific rules:

• Bets must be placed before the betting window closes for each fight. Betting windows close at the referee's call of "last call." Bets attempted after the window closes will not be accepted.
• Sabong odds at 65php are determined by pool betting. The multipliers displayed reflect the current ratio of Meron and Wala betting pools and shift dynamically until betting closes. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds applied to your wager.
• In the event of a declared Draw (Empate) by the arena referee, Draw bets are paid at the stated multiplier. Meron and Wala bets are settled according to applicable arena rules, which may include a partial refund of stake.
• If a fight is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes returned in full. Fights cancelled mid-bout will be settled according to the official arena declaration.
• 65php relies on the official result declared by the accredited arena. We do not override arena decisions. Disputes about sabong results must reference the official arena declaration.

The minimum bet for sabong at 65php is ₱100. Maximum bet limits for sabong vary based on the arena, the fight number within a derby, and the member's account tier.

65php is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the welfare of all players. The following tools are available to all registered members at no cost and can be activated immediately from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session time limits: Set maximum continuous session durations with mandatory break periods.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum of 6 months.

65php may also impose account restrictions or mandatory responsible gaming interventions if our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling. These interventions are applied in the interest of player welfare and are not punitive.

All content on the 65php Platform – including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software – is the property of 65php or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 65php content without prior written consent from 65php. This includes screenshots, recordings, or streams of gameplay that are used for commercial purposes or that include 65php branding in a misleading context.

Personal, non-commercial sharing of gaming content (such as a lucky win screenshot in a private chat) is generally acceptable. If you are unsure whether a specific use is permitted, contact support@65php.app before proceeding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 65php shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures that are beyond 65php's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party game provider issues.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors (GCash, Maya, banks).
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

65php's total liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall in no event exceed the balance held in that member's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

65php may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the member.
• Responsible gaming-related closure at the member's own request.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violation, 65php reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds, if those funds are believed to be connected to prohibited conduct. In cases of voluntary account closure by the member, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after applicable verification.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact support@65php.app with your registered mobile number and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of 65php or these Terms should first be raised with our customer support team at support@65php.app. Provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction references. 65php will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 24 hours and provide a documented resolution within 5 business days.

Disputes relating to individual bet outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game or bet being settled. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

These Terms and your use of 65php are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

65php reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and registered members will be notified by email and in-platform notification for any material changes.

Your continued use of the 65php Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support@65php.app.
